Wayne Mincey, CEO

          

Wayne Mincey is CEO of Market Track, a position he assumed following an initial role on Market Track’s Board of Directors. In his role as CEO, Wayne has led the shift in the company’s focus from ad tracking to market intelligence, including investments in advanced analytics and an expansion of ad coverage into on-line, push e-mail and other web-based channels. In addition to shaping the firm’s new strategy, he is rebuilding the organizational capabilities to deliver on this new vision for Market Track’s clients.

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes work in North America, Europe and Asia, where he has led businesses from start-ups to operations with sales of over $1 billion. Wayne has been equally successful in situations requiring turnarounds and in taking successful enterprises to the next level of success through product development and sales growth. Prior to joining Market Track, Wayne served as president of various firms including The Hackett Group, Spherion Corporation’s Technology Services and Global Services Divisions, Enthusian Corp and Norrell Information Services. Wayne has served on the advisory boards of several startups and the boards of Junior Achievement of Georgia, The Urban League of South Florida, the Broward Community College Foundation and The Information Technology Association of America.

Wayne is a sought after speaker on business performance, strategy, globalization and other business process topics. He has delivered keynotes on these topics at major events and appeared as a commentator on Fox Business News and CNBC.

Wayne earned a Bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University, and an MBA from the University of Miami. Wayne was recognized as distinguished alumni by Morehead State University in 2002.
